In Victorian times, and indeed into the turn of the 20th. century, masturbation was known as the "secret vice", and was looked upon as a despicable aberration.It was NEVER spoken of openly but society did its utmost to stamp it out. Young men were told that this secret habit would lead to blindness. Long nightshirts with the sleeves and hem stitched up were not uncommon. and indeed the richer families would hire "sitters" to sit nightly in the boys bedroom to watch out for this "vile habit". Now here we are a little over one hundred years later in the 21st. century(not a long time in the scheme of things) and the question is this.......What are todays attitudes towards THE SECRET VICE? [This is a bet on the total number of different punters betting on any of the outcomes. - Ed]
